The yoga timetable will change depending on the time of year. It will be slightly different for school holiday periods. Please see timetables below:
General Classes are for all levels. I provide props and variations for each pose and encourage you to work within your own level. Teens are welcome. Yoga is an individual practice. Each body/mind is unique so I welcome each person to feel into their practice to nourish and look after their bodies however this may look.
Child classes are coordinated through Waihi Beach School. Please get in touch if you would like to join us for a term.
Private or group classes available by arrangement.
YOGA IN THE PARK – These classes will be offered for a Koha (donation only) in acknowledgment of the different circumstances we are all in at this time.
You are welcome to use your concession cards during this time and I will also extend all cards for an extra 2 months to cover this period.
As classes are outdoors, it will be weather dependant so please email if you would like to be updated. I will also set up a reoccurring facebook event for updates.
Classes will be held on Friday mornings at 9am and Sundays at 9am. The Sunday classes may be alternating with different teachers who want to share the gift of yoga. Classes will be held in a beautiful secluded spot in Pohutukawa Park. You can park at the Waihi Beach Tennis Courts and then follow the walking track at the end of the road down to our new magical sanctuary.
These classes are about providing a source of wellbeing for our community. A time for you to take a pause, to step away and connect with yourself, Mother Nature and each other. To share space and energy with each other and to bring support to our mind, body and soul.
No experience necessary. Classes will be at a beginner level and you can go at your own pace. If you want to just lay on the grass and be there with your breath then you can do this too.
Please bring your own mat if you have one and acknowledge strict 2 meter spacing. Also feel free to just lay yourself down on Papatuanuku. You are welcome to bring a blanket for relaxation at the end if you wish. Please keep contact with others at a minimum in this space and join quietly acknowledging the purpose of us coming together. I will also have The Nest QR code and a book for all to sign in on arrival.
