Yin Yoga and Sound Journey with Alice Sea

This journey will begin with a 75min Yin Yoga session where we can explore our inner landscapes and create space and opening in our bodies and hearts. Yin practice focuses on stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. While yang-like yoga practices are more superficial, Yin offers a much deeper access to the body.
Following this you will be moving into a deep relaxation ideally lying down so that you can fully relax and are open to receive healing, guidance and inspiration. It really can be quite a profound experience so aim to flow in to a relaxing evening to really extend and enjoy the benefits.

Her beautiful sound healing sessions use sound through voice, harmonics and rhythm; to create a wonderful state of relaxation and meditation within you.
Sound affects every single cell of our body and a specific drum beat, flute, hang drum, harp as well as the vibrations of the didgeridoo, help us to completely relax and let go.
We have lots of mats and cushions and blankets so you can make yourself comfortable and at home in the space, but please also bring your own for comfort if you wish.
